Shipping/ Return Policy
How soon will my order ship?
All orders from the luxury lounge will ship between 2-4 business days, excluding weekends. Candle orders will ship between 7-10 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS. An email or text shipping confirmation will be sent to the email or telephone number provided.
How do I make a return?
Unfortunately, we only offer store credit and exchanges. To request an excuse, please submit your request via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Body products
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
